My practice centers on creating a space where everyone feels safe, seen, and supported, exactly as they are. No matter your background or experiences, you'll find a non-judgmental environment to explore what's happening in your life and internal world.
I'm a trained clinical psychologist with a Master's degree from the IPU in Berlin, and my path in mental health has always been deeply personal as well as professional. Over the years, I've worked in a range of settings, from social work and crisis intervention to substance abuse rehabilitation, experiences that continue to shape how I show up in the therapy room.
I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, trauma, and relational challenges. As a queer- and poly-friendly therapist, I have a special interest in supporting LGBTQ+ and non-monogamous clients, and I'm committed to creating a space where you can explore your identity and relationships without fear of judgment.
Whether you're trying to work through internal conflicts, heal from painful experiences, or build healthier connections with others, I'm here to support that journey with empathy, curiosity, and care.
